Connection troubles

I'm having troubles joining a room. It won't load any room and I'm stuck at 'disconnect'. I've tried different browsers and it seems not to help. I also have the most recent Flash. What to do?

Size limit for flockmod gallery is too low

For some reason, the gallery is not accepting a 1.02 MB image made in flockmod, giving the error "413 Request Entity Too Large". The size limit is 2 mb, however, so I don't understand why it won't accept the drawing :(

Unable to manually input a ban

Trusted users and moderator ranks can not manually input a ban. I've tried checking and unchecking all the privileges to see if that was the problem. However no matter what they can not input a ban of any length.

disconnected

I keep entering Flockmod and the rooms do not load and it says "Disconnected" then I wait and it says that the rooms could not be loaded and that I should retry later, I've waited and retried so many times. I even restarted my computer several...

No Permabans

There should be no permanent bans on Flock Mod because if some retarded mod permabans you just for the fun of it you can't go to that room again because that mod banned you. Also, if there's only temporary bans people who have been banned can...

I would say more than 90% of the bans are temporary.
In my opinion permabans should only be used in extreme cases but it's up to room owners to decide if they allow permabanning in their room (and when).

my tablet mouse isnt moving on the flockmod cilent but on other stuff

Im having a problem (and since the help thing is down i cant put it on there) soooo when i put my tablet pen hovering over the tablet on the flockmod client it doesnt move has anyone found a way to fix this? comment if you think you have the answer

Apparently there's a bug in Google Chrome. Updating Chrome will fix it (in Chrome: Help - About Google Chrome) or download a different web browser (like Mozilla Firefox)

IP Bans?

Sometimes trolls, often ones without accounts come into the rooms I make and erase everyone's art. The thing is, when I go to ban or mute them, it won't let me without an IP code. But what's an IP anyways and why do I need it to ban these trolls?...

You don't really need to know anything about IPs. Right click on the troll in the userlist and select BAN.

Why Is Someone's Name Pink?

Global moderators are shown in pink in the userlist. Basically we are moderators in every room.

intuos board won't draw

i've tried multiple times now to make my intuos board respond to this website, but it keeps glitching and not drawing anything. It used to work, a couple months ago, but all of a sudden it wasn't compatible. you can see the cursor, (sort of) but...

Why do I have to download Flockmod?

I think this is super inconvenient. When I used flockmod before, i was able to move through it without any problems. I'm on a school laptop (That is technically mine) and it does not allow you to download anything. Id really like to be able to use...

You don't really have to download Flockmod (unless you want to use our desktop version which supports tablets)

If the "online" version tells you to download a file it's probably because you don't have Adobe Flash on your computer. Download it here: http://get.adobe.com/flash
Or use Google Chrome ( http://chrome.google.com )

for some reason every time i try to use my pen on www.flockmod.com/apps.swf it wont let me click on anything or draw. i use a toshiba trupen

please fix this problem. i cant draw with my mouse or finger but now i cant use the pen. if i draw to draw it just moves but wont mke even a dot. and on the mnu i cant click on anything with the pen or scroll through the room list.

That happens when you are using and out of date app. Please click on the address bar and press CTRL + F5 to refresh the page without using cache.

Put Flockmod back to the way it was.

This is terrible, I wake up and suddenly flockmod looks worse. It's hard to figure out how to work things and I just really want the Flockmod we love back.

Can we have it like it used to be? It's more difficult now. I kinda like more it before.

I dislike it very much on it now. Please put it the way it was before. Back then it was stable, the zoom in button was perfect, the way of making your size larger and smaller by pen, everything was great. Please re-do it. :)

it says ive been kicked and i cant join any rooms, this just happened suddenly and i cant do anything on flockmod anymore, ive tried everything have i been banned?? i havent done anything wrong that i can recall ive been a good flockmod citizen :'(

That means your version is out of date. Try clicking on the address bar (where it says http://) and press CTRL + F5 a couple of times. If that doesn't work, try using Incognito mode (CTRL + SHIFT + N in Chrome).
