Servers not working?

I open Flockmod, it tries to load the rooms but it just says "Unable to get room list. Please try again later." But its been doing this for two hours. When I type in a room and try to join it, it just tries to connect the whole time but never actually connects. It does this with the desktop version and the website. Is this a server problem or my problem?
