The tools on the right hand side should have an description when your mouse hovers over it so that new users will know what it is and how to use it better.

When the mouse hovers over the tools, an description should pop out telling the user what and how to use it.

Good idea, when I first started using Flock someone had to teach me how to log in and everything. :P
