intuos board won't draw

i've tried multiple times now to make my intuos board respond to this website, but it keeps glitching and not drawing anything. It used to work, a couple months ago, but all of a sudden it wasn't compatible. you can see the cursor, (sort of) but it won't actually draw anything or even move smoothly over the screen until it's off the canvas. it won't respond to any buttons either.
