use inverted cursor color, and hide idle cursor.


1. inverted cursor color idea

since today i write this in 23 April 2017
the cursor color is grey, or in HSV (V) value is around 50, make me difficult to see where is my cursor position, this happen alot when i draw shadow or using blur tools, very hard to add detailed work.


2. hide idle cursor

this happen alot, people just get randomly coming and leave as they wish, nothing we can do if someone just drop their cursor on the spot where people are drawing, very annoying and some people do this trick to annoy other too!
i think that cursor which is not moving around 10 seconds should should be set into transparent color.
