Login Problems

I am not able to login on the website, but I can log in on the downloaded application. The problem is that I would like to view my art in the gallery but when I post something it tells me I want logged in, I would make another account but I have been promoted in alot of places and I do not wanna lose any of those privileges. I have also tried re-registering with the same name maybe thinking I was not signed up but it says i'm registered... people are able to promote me.

Hopefully this can be resolved
