Please let us delete accounts, I have made too many, I regret it, and now look what happened.

I want to delete my account because they're all dumb, and I want to create a new one, but when I try to create a new one, it says, "You have registered too many accounts", can you please let us delete accounts? Or someone comment and say some hacking skills for it.
