create a rank

so my idea is to create a rank
only the room owner can create it
first the room owner have to name the rank created
and when he named the rank he need to chose what is that rank high more ranked than trusted user/moderator/full moderator/lead moderator or more than room owner
when he finished that he have just to chose the rank colour
