I keep disconnecting

On Flockmod, every time I join a server I'll be on for a good moment until everything freezes and the blue bar says "You have disconnected. Trying to reconnect." And it happens so much back to back that it's causing major issues. I've tried restarting my wifi, my modem, and my PC to no avail. What's the issue here, and how do I fix it?

Hint: I use chrome.
