Stuck at loading screen

This happens to me often, it brings up the main menu but never loads the room list, if I type a room name and try to join it just gets stuck at the white screen forever, i've tried different browsers, the app, restarted computer/router many many times, I dont know what else to do, any help?

Sorry, our host was having issues this week with an upgrade to solid state drives.

One of our servers that needed to stay up for the app to work (the load balancer for all you computer geeks) went down, multiple times unfortunately due to problems encountered during the change.

While they have assured us the upgrade is now complete, we have taken the liberty of rewiring our infrastructure to allow multiple load balancers and will hopefully be able to remain online through similar issues in the future.
