Configurable Keyboard Shortcuts

Since the addition of the CTRL key to drag the canvas, the client misses keyboard shortcuts when switching tools frequently, especially while the pen is still down. Suggesting either making the keyboard shortcuts configurable or removing the need to use the CTRL key to switch tools.
