Full screen mode with no GUI

I would like to have the fullscreen mode with nothing but the canvas, tools, user lists, layers etc. Gone.

Also, the ability to mirror the layers, user list, and color wheel to the other side for left handed people, and people that prefer it.

Sometimes I use a reference and it's easier to have it on the left side and the layers user list off screen, to maximize the space I can use with a reference image on a 1 monitor computer.
