"Emptyban" option

It would be nice if moderators had the option to "emptyban" someone, so when an emptybanned user tries to enter the room it won't tell them they're banned but for them it will look like the room is empty.

This would be a good option in case multiple people don't want someone to be in a room (an enthusiastic child or something, just to name an example), but you'd hate to be mean to them and outright ban them when they don't deserve to be banned.
