Forcing people to sync properly.

It seems that with the partial undo feature (which is incredibly useful) came an annoying 'new' glitch. People now get really fast out of sync when they switch tab. I realise this is an issue with Flash, but perhaps there are solutions to work around it like adding a new "privilige" allowing mods to force people to sync with you. It would work like any other feature, the room owner decides who can use this ability etc.
