Easy Hotkeys

Can you make easy Hotkeys please. (like photoshop or a normal drawing program)

I have to press always a hard combinations of hotkeys to change the tools, for example: [Ctrl] + b = brush
Can you make it easier? for example just by pressing "B" you can automatically change the tool in brush, like photoshop
