Can i fix the connection bug?

There is a bug sometimes for one two days that I join the room, then the client losts the connection, and the flockmod reconnects me, but my last user ID or the port or both changes client side and/or server side and there will be two plus much more me. why is that? why cant i get my last id/port? is there anything to fix it on my pc? my internet is perfect.
