Smudge tool?

What I think for this, like, when you want to mix a colour or spread it around, this would help! you can make swirls from it too, sometimes the blur may go off the screen and leave a white line against the edge of the board. I like this idea because, i like mixing colours, and mixing them around, maybe this would be a good idea?
