How do i install the desktop version of flockmod?

Okay, I enjoy flockmod. I would like to install the desktop version to reduce lag, etc. At first, whenever i would go to open the shortcut, it would demand that i installed adobe flash. After installing flash, it still was unresponsive. I tried deleting flockmod and reinstalling it, no luck. I tried reinstalling adobe flash, no luck. This is really annoying because i do enjoy flockmod, but i am unable to use it.
