Are the Online and app versions both bugged?

The app is not working as it's always stuck on the "Get Flash Player" screen despite having flash installed in my pc already.
The online version is also bugged for me as it cannot detect my Wacom tablet pen at all, thus making it impossible for me to draw on here.

I hope it's a solvable problem on my part, else it's a pity that both online and app versions are very bugged.
