Can you do a thing where when you somone bans you can you give them a warning to tell them because somtimes you dont know what you did wrong

I'm sorry if this isn't a question......but please because I don't want to be drawing then all I see is you got banned and my mind is telling me why???? So please add some thing saying "you got a warning" and if they don't stop then ban them
