my school blocked the sign up for me how do i get on here to make an account

ok so theres filters on every schoool computer im sure u knew that but um how do u log into it and i have no idea how to log into it because when i click on the sign up bar it literally just takes me to the friggin BLOCKED FILTERED page and im triggered what do i do
