I got banned from animeandshit for a glitch on my tablet that accidentally erased a bunch of stuff, and i can't get back in. is there a way to fix it?

my username used to be shekii but i created another account called sweetshayshay and i think flockmod bans are based on IP addresses which is why i'm still banned. my tablet had been glitching and had accidentally erased a bunch of stuff, and before i could explain what happened to the room owners i had been banned supposedly infinitely since this happened over a year ago. is there any way i could be unbanned?
