Need line measurement tools, and select tool improvement

Hi flockmod team,
I need a tools to measure how many pixel when i click and drag from one position to another position.

And select tool improvement, i mean it will do either fill, clear, move/resize, clone, save or custom brush after i release the click button.
The action is selected in tool options.
