Brush/Eraser tool pressure value does not go to 0 after you release the pen(sometimes)

If you are using a drawing tablet and using brush or eraser tool, sometimes the pressure value gets stuck at some value from 10 to 100. It is not reset to 0 as it should be, thus causing the next tick of the brush/eraser tool to be the previous size in pressure value.

So, for example, if I am using the eraser and the pressure value is on 80, and it for some reason does not reset to 0 after I release my pen, the next time I touch my tablet with my pen - even with tiniest pressure - it erases the previous pressure value(80).

Also, it will stay that way on 80 unless you don't just tap it, but touch the drawing tablet and move a little your cursor. Then the pressure gets updated to the pressure level you apply to your pen.

Here is the video example: https://files.catbox.moe/fb02bs.mp4

It is worth noting that the pressure value also isn't reset when you are applying some sort of pressure, then switch to other tool using a shortcut. Next time you go back to brush/eraser, it will have the last recorded pressure.

Im not alone getting this behavior/bug. From all people I asked who drew with drawing tablets, they all had same issue - at least 3 people. One of them is on Windows 7, and my operational system is Windows 10, so it is not a windows issue.

Tested in FlockMod Dekstop application.

I have been getting this issue for a year or so(since 2022), it's not a new bug.

Also, I had different drawing tablets from two different brands. It is not the tablet issue, nor the browser issue as the problem was present in 3 different browsers.
