How did Flockmod achieve it's drawing "feel" ? Dying to know.

Drawing in Flockmod has a unique "feel" compared to other digital drawing programs. The default, or base stabilization feels really good when sketching. It does not hinder a lines intended path or pick up any micro movements. I've been trying to recreated this "feel" in other programs without much success. I'm just wondering how the flockmod team managed to achieve is digital drawing experience. Were any programs referenced as templates for the post correction levels and adaptiveness?

Ps. I'm not talking about the "brushes" stabilization setting, though that also has a nice feel. (Drawing on Wacom)
