A group private message for mods.

a group private message, that could be sent and received only between mods, when you send one, all the mods that are online at the moment can see it. I had this idea so, when there's someone doing things against the rules, all the mods could be notified through one single message so they could focus on that person and prevent more disturbance among the other users. It could be as a new command for PMs ("mods PM", "group PM", etc) or as an option that could be switched between on and off (on = only for mods, off = regular chat).
