Perfect white doesn't work with the dot tool

Perfect white H/S/V=0/0/100 doesn't work with the dot tool, if you've picked it sliding V. However it works if picked from a blank favourite colour which is 0/0/100 too. But if you slide down/up to 100 the V, again, it doesn't work.
Weird, hidden bug.
