If it broke during the domain switch, flushing the local dns cache may help.

It did happen during the domain switch. I tried that but it didn't work. Reset my modem, cleared Flash website storage, cleared cache and scanned for viruses.

Add a troubleshooting tutorial for when the client doesn't work properly for some users. Clearing cache doesn't seem to be doing any good.
