connect

Hi! I hope this is the right place. For the past few days whenever I try to go into any room, it just says "connecting" and I can never get in...I've tried different browsers, etc and nothing works. I am using Firefox and I don't have a popup blocker or anything like that on. None of the other users in my regular room are having troubles getting in. I wasn't banned or anything either. Can anyone help? Thank you so much.
