HotKey Wheel Glitch with text tool

When you hold shift the hotkey wheel pops up. This is supposed to be disabled for the text tool. However it is not, it is just invisible. I don't think this is done on purpose; when you move your mouse around while holding shift and the text tool it will does all the commands it would if you were using any other tool. This is annoying when trying to talk and you move your mouse, even slightly. I appreciate all the work that has gone towards flockmod lately and i'm only hoping to help improve xP
