Open chat when a user is muted

Whenever a user who is new to the site gets muted, occasionally they have absolutely no clue what has happened. If it were possible to make the chat open for the user that is muted when he/she gets muted it could be beneficial to him/her. New users may not see the chat, and if it opened automatically it gives them the chance to ask questions instead of just leaving immediately. Although I do see a small concern with mod abuse I don't think it would be a big issue. Also if the user is muted with the chat already open be sure it doesn't close the chat. -- Thanks to the developers for their efforts to grow Flockmod
