More file/size options

I think there should be more file options for brushes, since not everyone can save it in GIMP brush format (I can't myself) There should also me more size options for uploading pictures. I find it obnoxious to have to keep resizing my pictures to be small enough to fit in the room. Maybe have it autofix?
