Blend modes not working properly

As of 11.16A, whenever you enter a new room it's like there is some other layer on the board. Whenever you use the blend modes, they will just simply not work properly and give some weird pattern. However if you fully erase the board with the eraser, or just erase any spot, they will work correctly in that spot.
