Basic vector tools

A bezier tool would allow people people to make aesthetic curves quickly and easily. It would be particularly helpful for people who aren't using a touchscreen.

It would be ideal if we could plot a path using several points without actually drawing anything, then choose a particular stroke like CubicBezierSmooth or Linear to apply.
