disconnected

I keep entering Flockmod and the rooms do not load and it says "Disconnected" then I wait and it says that the rooms could not be loaded and that I should retry later, I've waited and retried so many times. I even restarted my computer several times, that used to work...this keeps happening and it is very annoying because I cannot join any rooms or do anything because nothing loads and it says "Disconnected" so...is there any way I can fix it?
