FLOCKdraw + MOD = FlockMod

It was based on Flockdraw's (flockdraw.com) code and used to be a tweaked client with better interface and a moderating system for using on Flockdraw servers.

Eventually they moved to their own servers, being able to run away from the limitations that flockdraw's servers provided and add a lot more features.
